  • independent minute-taking
  • independent handling of daily contacts with members and officials
  • management of contacts with politics and economy
  • research and evaluations (data, information)
  • recording and forwarding legal protection cases (labor and social law) to the DGB Rechtsschutz GmbH
  • maintenance of the district website
  • support/cooperation with union secretaries
  • preparation and follow-up of committee meetings and events
  • reviewing and scheduling anniversaries/honors for officials
  • cooperation in a team
  • processing of tasks regarding data protection and corresponding documentation
