Junior Support Technician

We are looking for a Junior Support Technician to join our team. If you are organized, self-managed, communicative, and attentive to detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Junior Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support in different areas of the company, helping to keep internal equipment running efficiently.

Responsibilities and duties

• Install and configure Windows operating systems;

• Provide on-site and remote support to users;

• Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance on computers, notebooks, and peripherals;

• Diagnose and solve problems related to hardware, software, and connectivity;

• Support activities related to computer networks and telephony;

• Configure and provide basic support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools;

• Register and track service requests in the ticketing system;

• Keep IT area controls, inventories, and documents updated;

• Support the IT team in other activities related to the sector.

Requirements and qualifications Knowledge Advanced knowledge in Windows, including installation and configuration Intermediate knowledge in hardware Basic knowledge in computer networks and telephony Familiarity with cloud service management, such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Currently studying for a degree or technical course in the IT area Possess sufficient technical English for reading and interpreting materials related to the area Good communication and ability to work in a team Organization and willingness to constantly learn

Differentials

• Previous experience with user service or support;

• Knowledge in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint;

• Knowledge in network environments, VPN, and UniFi equipment;

• Notions of PowerShell;

• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially TOTVS Protheus.
