We, IBG HydroTech GmbH, based in Alzenau/Bavaria, specialize in the development and manufacture of high-quality products in the fields of robotics, pipe cleaning, and trenchless pipe rehabilitation. From individual system components to complex vehicle conversions, we manufacture almost exclusively according to customer requirements.

Our products are subject to a continuous improvement process, in which we additionally supplement product characteristics through an ongoing dialogue with our customers and users. This dialogue enables us to always offer demanding products.

Service Technician (m/f/d)

This is your new area of responsibility

• Repair, maintenance, conversion, and other services for products, systems, and vehicles at the customer's site as well as in-house
• Commissioning of products, systems, and vehicles
• Support during the acceptance of products, systems, and vehicles
• Affinity for dealing with electronics for fault detection and elimination

What you bring to the role

• You have successfully completed technical vocational training
• You can look back on several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge in electrical planning and basic knowledge of SPS are desirable

• You are proficient in using MS Office
• Your English skills are at a fluent level
• Ideally, you possess a truck driver's license
• A friendly, competent, and reliable manner with customers is a matter of course for you
• You have a very independent and team-oriented way of working
• You have a high willingness to travel worldwide
