For the 2027 season,

A large multinational hotel company is looking for staff for its hotels with the following specialty:

Receptionist A.

Required Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar reception position, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Education, Foreign Languages, IT: Degree in Tourism Studies or a related field. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of German or French is considered desirable, while knowledge of additional foreign languages will be particularly appreciated. Excellent knowledge of IT and MS Office applications. Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), such as Pylon, will be considered an additional qualification.
• Customer Service: Orientation towards providing personalized hospitality and high-standard services, in accordance with the standards of a 5-star hotel.
• Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication, politeness, discretion, and professional behavior. Effective management of check-in and check-out, reservations, telephone calls, and customer requests. Ability to handle complaints immediately and effectively and resolve problems with composure and professionalism. Ability to cooperate and coordinate with the Concierge, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments.
• Public Relations: Proficiency in communication and developing positive relationships with customers, VIP guests, and partners.
• Professional Presence: Neat appearance, positive attitude, politeness, and excellent manners.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize, multitasking, and work effectively in a demanding environment. Responsibility & Discretion: Consistency, reliability, and adherence to confidentiality and the protection of customers' personal data.
