Quality Manager Development for electro-fine mechanical assemblies (m/f/d) Tasks

• Collaboration in the interdisciplinary project team during the development of new products in a series production environment
• Responsibility for quality advance planning from the concept phase to series release
• Selection, evaluation, and approval of suppliers including auditing of production processes
• Evaluation and approval of initial samples as well as purchased parts
• Support and assistance to international customers during audits and product releases
• Accompanying product launches as well as transfers to series production plants, including securing product and process quality

Convince with the right profile

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, or comparable
• Several years of experience in quality assurance and project work in an industrial series production environment - especially the Automotive industry
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality management systems for series supply chains as well as established methods of quality advance planning and assurance
• Experience with various manufacturing technologies, e.g., plastics processing, forming technology, or machining
• Structured, independent way of working as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Ability to work in a team and resilience in project-driven environments
• Willingness for occasional business trips
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
