This position is being filled as part of personnel recruitment.
Your tasks as Project Manager (m/f/d) for process plants:
- Management and execution of plant projects with national and international scope - from conception to commissioning
- Creation of flow diagrams, process descriptions, and component selection, as well as technical project support during construction and commissioning
- Implementation of troubleshooting and follow-up work to ensure optimal plant performance
- Coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers to secure project goals and deadlines
- Independent project documentation and quality assurance throughout the entire project lifecycle
Your profile as Project Manager (m/f/d) for process plants:
- Completed technical studies (e.g., beverage technology, brewing, process engineering, or mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification
- Proven experience in plant planning and project execution - alternatively, entry-level professionals with relevant brewery or beverage experience
- Solid process engineering understanding and ability to solve problems in complex technical contexts
- Proficient English skills and willingness to undertake national as well as international business trips
- Teamwork skills, independent way of working, and enjoyment of responsible project design
