Claims Manager (m/f/d) in the Real Estate sector at the Regensburg location in full/part-time

Your tasks:

• Claims Management & Case Control: You are responsible for the holistic and cross-sector support of claims in the Real Estate sector, managing the claims processing from notification to settlement, and ensuring customer-oriented, efficient, and economical handling.
• Negotiations & Communication: You conduct correspondence with customers, insurers, experts, and other stakeholders, accompany complex settlement procedures, and advocate for optimal results in the interest of our customers through professional negotiations.
• Customer Support & Expert Coordination: You work closely with customer advisors, specialist departments, and external experts, coordinate the involvement of relevant specialists, and stand by our customers as a competent contact person during demanding claim events.
• Reporting & Documentation: You maintain claims data and processes in the relevant systems, monitor deadlines, create meaningful claims reports as well as evaluations, and create a transparent basis for well-founded decisions.
• Process Optimization & Quality Management: You question existing workflows, identify optimization potential in claims processing, and actively contribute to the continuous development of efficient, customer-oriented, and high-quality processes.

What you bring with you:

• Training as an Insurance Clerk: Whether you are an insurance specialist, insurance technician, or insurance clerk, you are at home in the insurance sector. Further training, e.g., as an insurance technician (Versicherungsfachwirt), is desirable.
• Extensive professional experience: The described field of activity is well known to you and you look forward to expanding your expertise.
• Good knowledge of the English language: An English email does not scare you? An English-speaking caller does not make you sweat?
• Very good IT skills: Whether Word, Excel, or PowerPoint – you master the standard programs perfectly. Your very quick comprehension makes it easier for you to familiarize yourself with specific programs.
