Human Responsibilities

• Know and recognize guests
• Manage any guest complaints and report information to the Executive Housekeeper
• Ensure liaison between the Housekeeping department and the reception
• Participate in maintaining a team spirit with colleagues
• Report technical problems and maintenance interventions
• Take and apply instructions regarding assigned rooms given by the Housekeeper
• Participate in maintaining a good team spirit

Technical Responsibilities

• Respect current procedures (inspection of rooms and public areas, monitoring of guest laundry, management of guest requests for available equipment...)
• Ensure the maintenance of cleanliness in rooms as well as common areas
• Use appropriate cleaning products
• Know and follow hygiene and safety standards and rules
• Replenish rooms and bathrooms with amenities, and the minibar with drinks and products
• Ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a sense of courtesy and self-control
• Report all guest feedback to management
• Ensure no wastage of amenities and cleaning products

Motivated and passionate about the world of luxury hospitality, you are dynamic, autonomous, available, and diligent. Possessing an excellent presentation, you have a very good sense of contact, service, and welcoming an exacting clientele. You have a perfect command of professional English.
