The position:

Ensure arrivals and departures run smoothly

Be attentive to the needs, preferences, and habits of clients in order to personalize their experience

Adapt your welcome to different client profiles: families, couples, VIPs, international clientele?

Concierge & destination expertise

Advise and propose personalized experiences at the hotel, in the resort, and in neighboring resorts - by staying informed about activities and events

Organize special attentions (birthdays, honeymoons, surprises')

Administrative management & front office

Handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, and cash operations

Follow-up and control of reservations and partner invoices

Rigorous processing of requests (email, telephone, on-site)
