Corporate Law / M&A / Litigation (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Comprehensive support for entrepreneurs and companies in corporate law, including cross-border matters
• National and international M&A transactions (Due Diligence, contract drafting and negotiation)
• Support in complex shareholder disputes, particularly before state courts and arbitration tribunals
• Support for business succession projects
• Advisory in the transformation and restructuring of companies

Your Qualification

• Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with excellent examination results
• Business-fluent English skills
• Economic thinking
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team
