YOUR TASKS
- Independent support and control of accounts receivable accounting
- Administration, maintenance, and reconciliation of fixed asset accounting
- Execution of national and international payment transactions as well as posting of bank transactions
- Reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger accounts, including processing of periodic postings
- Preparation of VAT advance returns as well as participation in the preparation of annual VAT returns
- Support in the creation of reports, analyses, and business evaluations
- Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and US-GAAP
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed business administration studies in the field of Finance and/or further training as a certified Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d)
- Several years of practical experience in the field of finance and accounting
- Confident handling of common MS-Office applications as well as experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle, NetSuite or SAP is an advantage
- Very good English skills in speaking and writing for communication in an international environment
- Structured, independent, and careful way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
- High level of commitment, flexibility, and enjoyment of working in a team
