We are looking for a Manager Last Mile / Manager Transportpartner Logistik (m/w/d) for permanent full-time employment, effective immediately.

What to expect:

• Acquisition, onboarding, and further development of entrepreneurs
• Coaching of entrepreneurs to ensure high quality of performance and productivity
• Support of the Teamleiter Management Last Mile in negotiations with entrepreneurs and/or independent negotiation planning and execution
• Coordination of prices in close consultation with the Teamleiter Management Last Mile
• Analysis and evaluation of relevant KPIs as well as initiation of corrective measures in the event of critical target deviations
• Ensuring timely reporting
• Regular implementation of entrepreneur risk management
• Ensuring a uniform, CI-compliant Hermes appearance
• Coaching of entrepreneurs for successful certification
• Regular communication with entrepreneurs as well as documentation and reporting of critical measures

What you bring:

• Qualified commercial vocational qualification
• At least five years of professional experience, preferably in the logistics industry
• High professional and methodological competence in the field of quality management as well as sound knowledge of process optimization and economic efficiency
• High social competence with strong problem-solving skills and persuasiveness
• Ability for holistic, networked thinking and a personal affinity for taking on responsibility
• Good English skills
