As Manager (m/w/d) Global Service Products and Processes, you will support the further development of our already very successful and important service business and drive its professionalization on a global level. In doing so, you will develop and standardize service products and processes that combine global requirements with regional market needs. Through the analysis of existing structures, the optimization of relevant processes, and the international implementation of Best Practices, you will create the foundation for a scalable, efficient, and customer-oriented service offering. What you will be responsible for

You will analyze existing regional service products and processes, identifying optimization potential as well as Best Practices. Furthermore, you will develop a concept for modular service products using Best Practices and a minimum degree of global standardization. You will evaluate existing and new service products regarding market attractiveness, feasibility, profitability, and strategic relevance, accompanied by regular portfolio audits. Supporting our branches in implementation and potential process adjustment is also part of your tasks. Additionally, you will use relevant key figures to manage the service portfolio, process quality, rollout progress, and commercial success.

What will convince us

Expertise: You have a successfully completed degree in technical, scientific, or business administration fields and have already gained several years of professional experience in B2B service operations or the sales of service solutions.

Passion: You have already gained experience in Service Solution Development or as a Product Manager (m/w/d) in the service sector and are ideally enthusiastic about portfolio design in the field of measurement technology.

Trust & Commitment: Through your very good communication skills in English, you are a competent contact person (m/w/d) for our branches and distributors.

Listening & Understanding: Your strong intercultural social competence and understanding of culture enable you to take regional challenges into account in your daily work.

Appreciation & Respect: Through your international willingness to travel (30-50%), you will gain deep insights into service processes on-site and actively participate in the implementation of standards.
