Your tasks

  • Creative impulse provider for development/improvement projects in special purpose machinery and production systems
  • (New) conception and development of production systems, partly in coordination with external design service providers
  • Disciplinary and technical leadership of a 5-member design team; participation in process developments and project management
  • Checking CE compliance and requirements specifications/functional specifications
  • Responsibility for a defined development budget
  • Technical consulting for sales and customer projects
  • Control and coordination of the department regarding error analyses, KVP, applications, tests, and prototyping

Your profile

  • Completed studies (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor, Master) in the fields of Mechatronics, Maschinenbau, Feinwerktechnik, or comparable
  • Resilient design and development know-how in special purpose machinery and plant engineering
  • Many years of professional experience in dealing with complex production processes and systems
  • (Initial) leadership experience with small teams necessary
  • Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and creative approach
  • Proactive and exact way of working
  • Good English skills
