Global Head of HR* Lifestyle, Düsseldorf

Our client designs high-quality products for everyday life that combine function and aesthetics. Grown over decades, a clear understanding of quality and durability shapes their self-image. International teams work closely together and continuously develop structures.

The position shapes the global HR strategy, manages transformation processes, and develops structures for the sustainable further development of international teams.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in a global HR leadership role
• Sound expertise in transformation and change processes
• Experience in an international environment with complex structures
• Analytical and conceptual strength
• Clear and binding communication at all levels
• Business fluent English skills
