Quality Assistant (m/f/d) (Quality Manager)

Your tasks:

• Checking the incoming goods documents received from incoming goods and Quality of the external warehouse and processing quality defects
• Procurement, assignment, and control of the received batch documentation (CoA, CoC) and packaging materials for correctness and compliance with requirements
• Review and independent execution of the compliance check of the incoming goods documents received and checked from incoming goods and Quality of the external warehouse in accordance with SOP(s) and subsequent release in the system (SAP) as well as in the Batch Market Release Tool
• Evaluation and tracking of all Q-relevant incidents of the service provider in the external warehouse as Quality Oversight
• Checking and evaluating transport temperatures in the event of limit violations
• Preparation of the legal release according to § 16 AMWHV by a Qualified Person
• Creation / review of SOPs and representation of the Quality Release area during audits and authority inspections
• Creation of Distribution Complaints, processing and assessment of returns in the warehouse of the external service provider in accordance with SOP as well as documentation of the process
• Maintenance of the TOR data (warm times for chilled goods) in the PLE of the external service provider
• Implementation and compliance with company directives and HSE regulations in your own area

Your qualifications:

• Training in the pharmaceutical/natural science field with a focus on Quality / Manufacturing
• Experience and training in the pharmaceutical industry, drug manufacturing and/or Quality
• Experience in the GMP/GDP environment
• Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working with high flexibility
• Very good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP - QM module / PLE)
• High resilience despite time pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
