Regional BI Lead M/F

Main Missions:

• Create, manage, and support a community of BI Key Users.
• Train users and provide them with regular functional and technical support.
• Analyze reporting needs and recommend the most relevant solution: existing report, local adaptation, or creation of a specific report.
• Identify opportunities for reporting automation.
• Support the creation, testing, and documentation of new reports.
• Participate in the development of data models with the Group BI team.
• Study and adapt reports available in the existing BI catalog.
• Actively contribute to international projects related to Business Intelligence.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a Business Intelligence oriented role.
• Higher education in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Essential mastery of Microsoft Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Good understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model, essential.
• Skills in data modeling, notably with SAP Datasphere and Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Fluent English. Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
• Excellent listening, communication, analysis, and synthesis skills.
• Structured mindset and ability to unite stakeholders without a direct hierarchical link.
• Strong user orientation and sense of service.
