Reporting to the Plant Director and as a member of the CODIR, you define and deploy the site's quality strategy in alignment with group orientations. You drive overall quality performance (KPI, customer returns, non-conformities) and guarantee the robustness of industrial processes. You supervise all production quality activities across a large-scale scope. You manage a team of approximately 40 employees, structured around managerial relays and experts. You support skill development and the harmonization of practices within teams of varying maturity levels and deploy operational excellence methodologies (8D, AMDEC, QRQC, Lean.). Ensuring structured reporting, particularly in group steering meetings, you are a proactive proposer during critical phases. You manage quality crisis situations and drive associated action plans with composure and efficiency. You actively contribute to the launch of new ranges and major industrial evolutions. You notably hold a key role in a strategic product and process transformation program over a 5-year horizon. You act as a true business partner to operations.

An engineer by training, you have at least 10 years of experience in industrial quality, acquired in a high-volume production environment. You have evolved within matrix organizations and international contexts, allowing you to interact with various multi-site stakeholders. Your career path is closely linked to operations, in close connection with production and engineering. We are looking for a profile resolutely oriented towards the field, centered on industrial performance and the resolution of concrete problems, beyond mere compliance issues. An experienced manager, you know how to structure, develop your teams, and influence cross-functionally. You are comfortable in demanding contexts (non-conformities, process improvement, sensitive situations, industrial evolutions and innovations). Your pragmatism, operational credibility, and decision-making ability will make the difference. Fluent English required (C1)
