Manufacturing Technician Mechanics for Aerospace (m/f/d)
Contract type: Permanent contract, full-time (40 hours per week)
Your tasks:
- Manufacturing technical support for prototypes for aerospace products
- Support in assembly, initial functional tests, and qualification tests
- Analysis of manufacturing deviations as well as derivation and implementation of measures
- Evaluation of the manufacturability of components in the product development process
- Optimization of manufacturing processes and specification of new machines and workstations
- Carrying out approvals for new processes, systems, and products
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation such as assembly instructions, testing, and approval documents
- Accompanying series production starts including monitoring relevant manufacturing processes and data maintenance in ERP/DMS
Your profile:
- Diploma Engineer (TH/TU) or M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or comparable; alternatively Electrical Engineering with relevant experience
- Experience in component development, prototype assembly, or manufacturing trials desirable
- Industrial vocational training is an advantage
- Very good English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of SAP, MATLAB, Q-DAS, or LabView is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, structured and conscientious way of working
- High level of initiative, teamwork, and reliability
