Real Estate Project Manager (Civil Engineer) - Logistics Parks

Direct the planning, execution, and supervision of logistics park works, ensuring compliance with the schedule, authorized budget, and quality and safety standards, as well as the timely management of permits and licenses.

Requisitos

• Graduate in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or supervision of construction works for logistics, industrial, or commercial parks.
• Master's degree, diploma, or certification in Project Management, desirable.
• Experience in budget control, resource administration, and schedule monitoring.
• Knowledge of materials, construction systems, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• English language proficiency of 85%.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology, desirable.
• Leadership, planning, communication, and results-oriented skills.

Funciones principales

• Plan and coordinate the engineering and construction activities of the project.
• Control budget execution and implement timely actions in the event of deviations.
• Supervise work progress and coordinate schedules with contractors to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure the quality of the works and compliance with plans, technical specifications, and construction regulations.
• Supervise the implementation and compliance of safety procedures on site.
• Manage and follow up on permits and licenses with the corresponding entities.
• Follow up on the purchase of materials and equipment used by contractors and subcontractors.
• Lead technical meetings with the different specialties and keep project documentation updated.

Condiciones salariales y beneficios

• Salary from Q25,000 to Q35,000 (depending on experience)
