6-month INTERNSHIP - ANALYST / STRATEGY AND OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE DIRECTION – January 2027

As an ANALYST intern within our Strategy and Operational Performance Direction, you will support the team (5 people) specifically on:

Coordination and successful execution of strategic projects: in connection with all field and support teams, on various themes (commercial strategy, integration, purchasing, operations,…) and at different stages of maturity (opportunity analysis, launch, deployment, post-mortem,…). Performance monitoring: monitoring key performance indicators (KPI) for all strategic projects currently being launched/launched. Development of associated action plans if necessary. Analysis of market and consumer insights: consolidation and analysis of market data, development of action plans, and occasional work on market analyses within the framework of growth/diversification opportunities for the group.

Close collaboration with all departments of the group (commercial, finance, operations, purchasing, product innovation…) Projects to manage with a scope mostly in France but with regular exchanges with other countries

Ideal profile: You expect real responsibilities within a group that has managed to maintain a human size You are comfortable with numbers and have good analytical skills You have a very good command of English (written and oral) You are a big fan of sushi and Asian cuisine Bonuses: A first experience as a project manager in an international company or in consulting would be appreciated Experience in the field of retail / catering would be an asset
