Junior Project Manager - 6-month Internship - January 2027

In a context of strong international growth, Hana Group structures its strategic projects and its IT tools to serve the business, in close coordination between headquarters, country teams, and the field. Reporting to a strategic project manager and in direct link with the CTO, you will intervene as a junior project manager on high-impact, short-term projects. Throughout the internship, you will be accompanied and trained by the project team, with a progressive increase in responsibilities and close supervision, within a young and international team.

In this capacity, you will notably participate in:

• the coordination of international IT & business projects (13 countries), from design to deployment,
• field immersions during deployments (days at the stand) in order to understand operational challenges and test tools in real conditions,
• change management: facilitating meetings, creating training materials, and helping with tool adoption,
• the preparation of strategic steering materials for the SteerCo and the Comex,
• cross-functional work with all the group's teams: IT, operations, finance, purchasing, sales, and product innovation.

Start date: Beginning of January 2027 Internship location: Headquarters at 101-109 Rue Jean Jaurès, 92300 Levallois-Perret. 15 min from Gare Saint Lazare via Line L (1-2 days of teleworking/week possible)
