• You successfully position our Charge Point Management System eRound Mobility in the market, setting clear impulses for customer benefit, grid compatibility, and growth.
• You identify new customer segments, business potentials, and partnerships surrounding charging infrastructure and grid-integrated mobility solutions.
• You acquire, advise, and support our B2B customers (e.g., Stadtwerke, fleet operators, companies, municipalities) along the entire Customer Journey - from initial contact to long-term partnership.
• You translate technical and regulatory requirements into understandable and measurable customer benefits and incorporate market and customer feedback into the product roadmap of eRound Mobility.
• You work closely with internal interfaces such as Product Management, IT, Grid Division, Purchasing, Controlling, and Legal, ensuring a precise connection between customer requirements and product development.
• In customer and partner rounds, at specialist events, in networks, and in relevant committees, you represent eRound Mobility and our company confidently to the outside world.
• Furthermore, you accompany (funding) projects at the interface of energy transition, digitalization, grid, and mobility, actively contributing our perspective.

What distinguishes you

• You have a completed degree, e.g., in Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration with a technical focus, or Electrical Engineering.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the areas of energy, mobility, charging infrastructure, or energy management systems - ideally also in customer or partner management.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; you also possess good English skills.
• Ideally, you have a qualification in Project Management, e.g., IPMA Level D.
• You quickly grasp technical and regulatory topics and translate them into convincing customer benefits.
• You think strategically, recognize market and business potentials, and work in a structured and result-oriented manner.
• You communicate and present confidently, move sovereignly in exchange with different stakeholders, and bring negotiation skills.
• Teamwork, interdisciplinary work, and resilience characterize you.
