Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and analyze management reports including P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. Manage the budgetary control process and perform variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget). Support the preparation of the Business Plan and long-term financial projections. Collaborate with the Investor Relations team in preparing material for investors. Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in FP&A processes using AI and BI tools. Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business and strategic decisions. Work closely with leaders from different areas to understand their financial and planning needs.

Requirements: Professional in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Relevant previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance. Advanced mastery of financial modeling: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Experience in budgetary control and Actual vs. Budget analysis. Knowledge in FP&A and Corporate Finance. Familiarity with Investor Relations. Basic knowledge in AI and automation: SQL, Python, and BI. Fluent English.
