Production Orders Analyst - ERP System

PRODUCTION ORDERS ANALYST – ERP

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented person to join our production team. You will be responsible for creating, capturing, and following up on production orders through our ERP system, ensuring that the information for each project is correct and available for the different areas involved in the printing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and capture production orders in the ERP system.
• Correctly register specifications for each job: quantities, materials, measurements, finishes, dates, and customer requirements.
• Follow up on the status of production orders.
• Coordinate and communicate information between the production, prepress, warehouse, and administration areas.
• Verify that orders comply with the required specifications before sending them to production.
• Update information and progress of orders within the ERP.
• Detect inconsistencies in information and request the corresponding corrections.
• Follow up on delivery dates and production priorities.
• Generate reports related to production orders.
• Keep project information updated within the system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Intermediate-advanced English, mainly for reading, comprehension, and work communication.
• Experience in ERP systems and data entry.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, printing, or work order administration areas.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Organizational and follow-up capacity.
• Ability to work with deadlines and priorities.
• Effective communication with different areas.

DESIRABLE
