Sr. Researcher International Projects Educational Technology
UNIR, a leading university in online training, is looking for talented individuals for development in the field of international project management. We want to incorporate a senior Researcher in research projects and activities in educational technology and innovation and online educational systems. They will work mainly on Horizon projects and similar ones, and on the drafting and achievement of Horizon, Erasmus+, and other international public funding program proposals for UNIR. Therefore, they will assist in writing competitive proposals, as a principal investigator, and in their subsequent execution. Additionally, they will conduct self-funded research focused on innovation and the evaluation of educational processes. Requirements: Doctorate preferably in areas of Education, Innovation, Engineering, and Technology.
Demonstrable practical experience in the design, management, and research of European public funding projects, with academic and/or business experience, and management of work teams by objectives.
Participation in international consortium meetings. Strong background in educational technology and innovation (social networks, games, learning analytics, IA, standards, semantics, etc.)
English C2 or equivalent (spoken, written, and read, with the capacity for negotiation in English).
Desired experience: Negotiation, justification, and auditing of international public projects.
Experience with networks of contacts and intercultural consortia.
