Receptionist (M/F)

In order to continue this sustainable growth, we are looking for someone for the position of Hotel Receptionist, who wants to be part of a dynamic, proactive team, and who is capable not only of executing, but also of thinking, developing, implementing, and facing new challenges.

Work location: Alcobaça

Functions:

• Ensure customer service and the planning of activities in the different areas of operation;
• Perform check-in, check-out (including the preparation of guests' "bills") and all customer service (in person, telephone, email);
• Provide necessary support to the bar service and breakfast service outside of the restaurant's opening hours;
• Prepare guest files and guest satisfaction assessment management;
• Record various data such as consumption, occupancy rates, among others;
• Actively participate in the maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Management System.

Profile:

• Training in the field;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Knowledge of other languages will be valued;
• Experience in performing the function, minimum of 1 year;
• Proficiency in IT tools;
• Good presentation, and with good communication skills;
• Methodical and organized;
• Enjoy dealing with people;
• Ability for initiative and proactivity;
• Punctual and with the ability to work in a team;
• Sense of responsibility.
