HERDEZ CENTRO DE DISTRIBUCION SLP REQUESTS: MACRO DISTRIBUTION CENTER MANAGER

Professional profile:

1. Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management Engineering, or a related field. (Graduated).
2. 5 to 7 years of experience as a manager in warehouse operations or CEDIS for manufacturing or food companies (preferably).
3. Administration, management, and leadership of personnel under their charge (reporting at the management level), as well as professional development strategies.
4. Management, administration, and execution of strategies to guarantee the operability of warehouses, CEDIS, or lean supply chain.
5. Knowledge of regulations applicable to security controls, food safety, productivity, or food standards (desirable).
6. Budget management, expense administration.
7. General knowledge in warehouse or CEDIS administration, capacities, and material flows.
8. Generation of reports and indicators (KPI´s) at the director level (presentation of results, metrics, work plans, shipping and receiving programs, etc.)
9. English language proficiency (ability to engage in fluent conversations)
10. Knowledge and handling of ERP SAP system.
