Responsibilities and duties Strategic Portfolio Management: Elaborate and lead long-term strategic supply planning for the makeup packaging portfolio, considering macroeconomic scenarios, inflation, and detailed cost breakdown analysis. Technical Reference: Act as inspiration and technical reference for Project Buyers, directing them on the best solutions and suppliers to be used. Global Supplier Development: Seek new supply alternatives and develop the global market, mapping long-term risks, reducing lead times, and identifying improvement opportunities in the supply chain. Interfaces: Act in close partnership with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality areas, solving complex problems, ensuring internal production feasibility, and continuous supply. Complex Negotiations: Conduct commercial negotiations involving decoration technologies and investments in industrial molds. Sustainability Promotion (ESG): Lead the research and implementation of ESG strategies applied to plastic packaging with suppliers, proactively anticipating market trends. Autonomous Management: Create your own demand and work routine based on systemic improvements.

Requirements and qualifications Experience in Direct Procurement: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Procurement, with mandatory experience in Direct Procurement. Language: Advanced English (essential for negotiations and frequent communication, especially written, with international suppliers). Analytical Knowledge: Strong ability in elaborating macro strategies and deep understanding of product cost composition. Technical Differential (Desirable): Knowledge of plastic processes, resins (ABS, PE, PP), and industrial tooling/mold dynamics. Academic Background: Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, or related fields.
