At the Puerto Vallarta Airport, we are looking for innovative talent, responsible for supporting the supervision of the proper functioning of the Airport's Electromechanical Facilities (Flight Fields, Terminal Buildings, Roads, Buildings in General), as well as the maintenance activities of all airport facilities.

Workplace: Aeropuerto de Puerto Vallarta - Km. 7.5 carretera a Tepic, C.P. 48335, Puerto Vallarta, Jal.

Essential Requirements:

• Ing. Electromecánico, Ing. Electricista and/or related degree (Graduated).
• Training in electromechanical infrastructure and maintenance will be valued.
• Two years of experience in general maintenance is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto Cad.
• Schedule availability.
• Valid driver's license.
• Intermediate English.

Knowledge:

• In the calculation, development, and execution of electromechanical installations in general.
• Specialized knowledge in HVAC systems (mechanical ventilation, air conditioning).
• In electrical installations in the flight field (visual aids).
• In agile methodologies.
• In current regulations, both aeronautical and Mexican standards.
• Estimates and construction logs.

Job Functions:

• Plan the annual maintenance activity program in the electromechanical area; identify and supervise predictive, preventive, corrective, routine, and special work maintenance activities.
• Calculate the electrical energy consumed by each concessionaire and by the airport as a whole, in order to anticipate possible increases in demand over the quantities contracted with CFE.
• Maintain the chronological history of the maintenance activities performed.
• Control the existence of materials and hazardous waste generated by maintenance to the Airport facilities.
• Supervise and repair all electromechanical installations in buildings and operational zones.
• Control the operation and maintenance of contracts carried out by a third party (Example: Air Conditioners, Hydropneumatic Maintenance, Electromechanical Installations, and Maintenance assigned by Management).
• Supervise the electromechanical projects presented by contractors at the Airport, as well as projects assigned by Management.
• Ensure the correct application and functioning of the issued guidelines, standards, policies, and administrative procedures.
• Supervise works executed by third parties within the terminal buildings, roads, parking lots, and airside (AOA).
• Prepare projects to bid for electromechanical maintenance work required in the Maintenance area, as well as those assigned by Management.

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience
• Driver's licenses: C
