CSR Project Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility (M/F)
Job Description:
Come and live your #LactalisExperience within the Corporate CSR Department located in Laval (53 - Near Rennes and Angers). You will join the climate pole where you will participate in the steering and deployment of the Climate strategy at the Corporate level, particularly regarding scope 1 & 2 activities, and in co-construction with the Business teams in France and internationally.
Here are your missions: You actively contribute to the evolution of the Climate strategy, by proposing new approaches to enrich and accelerate its implementation. You support site and country teams in the progressive deployment of the Climate strategy (pilot projects, reporting, best practices). You collect, consolidate, and analyze emission data, and produce the associated deliverables. You ensure the reliability and improvement of calculation methods and processes, in coherence with Group Climate standards. You work on the automation of processing to strengthen the efficiency and quality of results. You train and lead the CSR referent network on the Climate subject, via training sessions, methodological support, and the provision of operational tools. You participate in the promotion of results and best practices, notably in connection with CSR Communication.
This position is a permanent contract (CDI).

Your assets:
A graduate of an engineering school or equivalent (HSE, Agro/Agri, CSR...), you have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in an industrial environment, with exposure to Climate, Energy, or Environment topics.
You master the main international frameworks and standards relating to the Climate subject, in particular the GHG Protocol, the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and CDP questionnaires. You also possess strong analytical skills, perfect mastery of Excel, and an appetite for data. You use English fluently, both orally and in writing.
Beyond your technical skills, you are:
- Capable of working in collaboration with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Gifted with strong pedagogy, capable of structuring and leading clear and pragmatic support for operational and decision-making teams
- Rigorous, persevering, and solution-oriented, in order to advance the approach in a structured and collective manner.
