SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER M/F
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In line with the continued development of our business, we are looking for:
A SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER M/F
As the person responsible for quality animation with suppliers, you will contribute to formalizing quality requirements, conducting audits, as well as supplier evaluation. You will intervene from the RFI/RFQ phase through to the production phase, while participating in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and part compliance. In this capacity, your main missions will be:
- Formalizing quality requirements with suppliers (RFQ phase) in collaboration with the purchasing department;
- Conducting product/process audits of suppliers for evaluation with a view to their validation;
- Monitoring the ability of suppliers to meet set objectives and to guarantee compliance with the specifications (CDC);
- Participating in the development of products/processes and special processes in collaboration with the design departments and, if necessary, the special processes referent, for the definition of technical parts during the development phase and in the upstream phases of industrialization;
- Contributing to the animation of the Part Quality Assurance process: drawing reviews, First Representative Parts (PPR), control protocols;
- Measuring the quality level of existing and potential suppliers;
- Defining and managing corrective action plans for supplier non-qualities;
- Maintaining the business standards within the scope;
- Proposing and participating in the deployment of continuous improvement actions;
- Monitoring quality within the framework of ISO 9001/ISO9100.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
With a higher education degree at the BAC+5 level (engineering school or university) in the field of mechanics, processes, materials, or industrial quality, you have at least 5 years of experience in supplier quality, industrialization, audits, or managing quality action plans, ideally in the automotive, motorsport, aeronautics, or defense sectors.
You master manufacturing processes, audit methods, as well as quality tools (AMDEC, risk analysis, 8D, or PDCA). English at a B1 or B2 level is required.
You possess good writing, analysis, and synthesis skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are recognized for your dynamism, proactivity, rigor, sense of method, and autonomy.
Permanent contract (CDI) to be filled in Juvisy-sur-Orge (91), remuneration between 45 and 60 K€ per year depending on profile and experience + benefits. PLEASE NOTE, frequent travel in France and abroad is to be expected.
