INDUSTRIALIZATION QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the ongoing development of our business, we are looking for:

AN INDUSTRIALIZATION QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER M/F

As part of the development and industrialization of high-precision mechanical components intended for the aeronautics sector, you will intervene in support of the Méthodes, Bureau d'Études, Production, and Qualité teams in order to guarantee the compliance of industrial validation files and manufacturing processes before their production launch. As a key player in securing industrial processes, the quality validation of first parts, and the continuous improvement of processes, your main missions will be:

Validation of industrial files:

• Participate in the industrialization reviews of new products;
• Validate project risk analyses (AMDEC Process, industrial risk analyses);
• Control the Dossiers de Validation Industrielle (DVI) in accordance with the industrialization process;
• Verify the technical consistency between drawings, manufacturing sequences, Instructions de Travail (IT), and the industrial validation file;
• Validate the metrological results of the first parts produced;
• Rule on the quality compliance of parts presenting deviations from the definition;

Field validation:

• Verify the compliance of tooling lists;
• Control the consistency between work instructions and workshop practices;
• Verify that the control means available at the workstation correspond to documentary requirements;
• Evaluate the correct understanding of the Instructions de Travail by operators;
• Verify the correct application of quality controls at the workstation;
• Identify deviations and propose associated corrective actions.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

With a higher education background at a Bac+5 level (engineering school or university) specializing in industrial quality, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, methods, or industrialization, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial quality, industrialization, or process validation, ideally in the aeronautics, automotive, railway sectors, or precision industry.

You master SAP as well as ISO standards. A B1 level of English is required.

You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity, and your ability to synthesize, while knowing how to demonstrate autonomy and initiative. Curious about the field and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team and proposing adapted solutions in multidisciplinary environments.

Permanent position (CDI) to be filled in Colombes (92), remuneration between 34 and 36K€ per year depending on profile and experience + benefits.
