Senior Manager – Private Equity Advisory Expertise – Neuilly (M/F)
Join a fast-growing Private Equity practice! Within our Business Solutions & Accounting department in Neuilly-sur-Seine, you will join a team dedicated to Private Equity, working with leading players (investment funds, management companies, holdings). You will work on high-value-added accounting expertise and operational support missions, covering all the needs of private equity players: accounting outsourcing, structuring of financial function delegation operations, and support for finance departments. In a dynamic and demanding environment, marked by the increasing complexity of investment vehicles and regulatory challenges, you will support your clients throughout the entire life cycle of their operations: structuring, acquisitions, monitoring of holdings, and exit operations. You will be at the heart of a recognized practice, benefiting from the strength of the Grant Thornton international network and a multidisciplinary positioning on unlisted assets. Your responsibilities As a Senior Manager and a true liaison for the Partner, you will play a key role in managing and developing the Private Equity activity. 🔹 Management of high-value-added missions Supervise a portfolio of Private Equity clients (funds, management companies, investment vehicles)
Lead complex missions: audit, financial reporting, annual accounts, and structuring of operations
Provide a critical and expert perspective on technical and operational issues
Ensure technical and accounting monitoring in this sector of activity
🔹 Strategic client support Intervene in structuring operations (acquisitions, restructurings, disposals)
Advise your clients in a multi-vehicle and international environment
Be the preferred interlocutor for decision-makers (General Partners, CFO, investment teams)
🔹 Management and team development Supervise, grow, and structure teams in a high-demand context
Organize work, secure deadlines, and guarantee the quality of deliverables
Actively contribute to the skill development of employees
🔹 Business development and promotion of the offering Identify and develop new opportunities with existing clients and prospects
Participate in calls for tender and commercial processes
Actively contribute to the structuring and development of the Private Equity offering
🔹 Economic management Ensure budget monitoring of missions (profitability, pricing, invoicing)
Participate in the definition of engagement letters and portfolio management
Profile sought Certified Public Accountant (Expert-Comptable) or currently qualifying (mémorialiste / stagiaire) or higher education (DSCG, Master CCA…)
Significant experience (minimum 8 years) in a firm, with a specialization in Private Equity or Asset Management
Mastery of the accounting plan for OPCCV
Solid mastery of the technical challenges of the sector: fund taxation, AIFM, structuring, reporting
Excellent knowledge of the investment fund environment and its stakeholders
Fluent English in an international context
