Senior Manager Lawyer - Corporate Tax - Neuilly-sur-Seine (M/F)

As part of its development, Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats, a multidisciplinary and internationally oriented business law firm, is looking for a Tax Lawyer specializing in Corporate Tax.

You will be part of the Direct and Transactional Taxation team, composed of about fifteen collaborators. You will work on all types of Corporate Tax cases (tax review, international taxation of Groups, restructuring taxation, assistance with tax audits and litigation, etc.), on behalf of a demanding French and international clientele.

You will work in collaboration with other teams within the firm (VAT, transfer pricing, M&A, labor law, etc.).

Holding the CAPA, you benefit from a solid training in Taxation, thanks to a postgraduate degree in this field, from a business school, or financial training. After at least 8 years of experience acquired within the tax department of an international business law firm, you are accustomed to operating in a cosmopolitan context in liaison with your firm's foreign offices.

You speak English fluently. You also possess a good team spirit, good analytical, synthesis, and listening skills.
