Maintenance Coordinator - Lagoa Santa/MG

Responsibilities and assignments The challenges that await you at your next destination are: Coordinate the execution of Heavy Checks, ensuring compliance with the planned maintenance scope. Define priorities and direct supervision teams to optimize the use of available resources. Ensure compliance with the TAT (Turn Around Time) and the production milestones of each aircraft. Monitor the progress of maintenance activities, eliminating constraints and deviations that impact production. Ensure the availability of labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the execution of services. Ensure compliance with operational safety, quality, and aeronautical regulation requirements. Coordinate the integration between Produção, Planejamento, Engenharia, Qualidade, and Suprimentos to support the execution of checks. Lead, develop, and support supervisors and teams, promoting high performance and continuous training. Monitor operational performance indicators, productivity, quality, costs, and schedule compliance. Conduct continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and increase operational predictability.

Requirements and qualifications What must be in your background: Experience with Hangar Maintenance; Experience with team leadership; Completed Higher Education; Intermediate English: reading and interpretation; Post Graduation will be a differential; Aircraft Maintenance Technical Course will be a differential; Possessing CHT will be a differential.
