Context:
Reporting to the export department, you will be in charge of
Your missions:
Order Management
- Receipt of customer orders and verification of their compliance (price, incoterms)
- Validation of the delivery date in correlation with predefined standard lead times (customer lead time, production and delivery lead time) and in correlation with the production planning workload
- Entry of orders into SAP
- Invoicing
- Customer follow-up
- Monitoring of references to be closed (discontinuations, adaptations)
- Collection and entry of order forecasts
- Maintaining customer files up to date
Logistics Management
- Management of France and export shipments
- Documentary management in compliance with legislation
- Monitoring the specific management of dangerous goods
Your profile:
o Bac +2 level training in International Trade
o Experience in a similar position
o Mastery of SAP
o Fluent English
o Mastery of Incoterms
o Knowledge of Export documentation / Air and Sea Shipments
