We are looking for AI Content Analysts to be part of an Airbnb project, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement and accuracy of content generated by Artificial Intelligence.

What you will do

Your main responsibility will be to review, validate, and improve AI-generated content, using your judgment and analytical capacity to:

  • Review and validate summaries generated by Artificial Intelligence.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Question and evaluate content quality through critical thinking.
  • Apply structured reasoning to make decisions regarding the analyzed information.
  • Document findings and review results.
  • Participate in training, calibration sessions, and feedback spaces.
  • Continuously contribute to the performance improvement of the AI model.

Profile we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • Experience in customer service, BPO, or similar lines is accepted.
  • English C1.
  • Excellent analytical capacity, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
  • Ability to follow established processes, criteria, and guidelines.
  • Interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence.

Working conditions

  • Training salary: $3.682.000
  • Production salary: $3.682.000
  • Bonuses: Up to 15% of the salary
  • Contract: Indefinite
  • Modality: 100% on-site
  • Location: Connecta Bogotá
  • Workday: 40 hours per week
  • Rest days: 2 days off, Saturdays and Sundays free

Schedule

  • Training (TRN): 6:00 a. m. to 3:00 p. m., Monday to Friday.
  • Operation (OPS): 6:00 a. m. to 3:00 p. m., Monday to Friday.
