TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE FUNDICIÓN CHILCA S.A. (FUCSA)
At Fundición Chilca S.A. (FUCSA), we are a Peruvian company specialized in the metalworking and industrial sector, dedicated to the manufacturing of high-quality cast parts.
We are currently looking for a TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our commercial team.
JOB PROFILE
Academic background INDISPENSABLE
Graduate, Bachelor, or Professional Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering.
Priority will be given to candidates with training directly related to the industrial and metalworking sector.
ADVANCED ENGLISH CRITICAL REQUIREMENT
Advanced English INDISPENSABLE.
Ability to communicate, deliver presentations, and understand technical and commercial documentation in English.
Language proficiency will be considered a fundamental criterion during the selection process.
Experience
Desirable minimum 1 year of experience in technical sales, technical-commercial advisory, sales engineering, or similar positions.
Experience in industrial, metalworking, mining, manufacturing, or related companies will be valued.
Knowledge
Intermediate level Excel.
Knowledge of industrial, metalworking, or casting processes.
Ability to interpret technical requirements and convert them into commercial proposals.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Commercial management
- Prospect and acquire new clients from the industrial and metalworking sector.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and develop the client portfolio.
- Follow up on commercial opportunities until the sale is closed.
Technical-commercial representation
- Represent FUCSA before current and potential clients.
- Provide technical and commercial advisory on our services and solutions.
- Understand client needs and propose technically viable alternatives.
- Maintain long-term commercial relationships.
Technical and commercial visits
- Conduct visits to clients in Lima and provinces.
- Participate in technical-commercial meetings and presentations.
- Gather technical and commercial requirements from clients.
Quotations and proposals
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other involved areas to evaluate the feasibility of requirements.
- Address technical and commercial inquiries during the sales process.
Commercial coordination
- Coordinate pricing, credit, and delivery conditions with the Sales Management.
- Participate in the definition and execution of commercial strategies.
- Follow up on orders and commercial commitments.
