Fundación Teletón is looking for talent to join its Information Technologies team.

Job Objective

Design and model the architecture of Fundación Teletón's software ecosystems, integrating user experience, databases, and infrastructure to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms aligned with user needs.

Requirements

Education: Systems Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Software, or a related field. Degree is mandatory.

Experience

  • *Experience as a Software Developer.
  • *Experience as a Technical Leader or Software Architect.
  • *Experience in end-to-end distributed systems design.
  • *Experience in architecture definition, code review, and development standards.
  • *Experience technically guiding development teams.
  • *Experience in application integration, third-party services, and Cloud infrastructure.

Technical Knowledge

  • *Backend: Java Spring Boot, C# .NET Core, Node.js, Python, or Go.
  • *Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
  • *PostgreSQL databases.
  • *RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • *Rendering architectures and strategies: SSR, SSG, and Micro-frontends.
  • *Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.
  • *Testing, deployments, and CI/CD controls.
  • *Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud, and serverless services.

Main Responsibilities

  • *Supervise compliance with development methodologies and standards.
  • *Program critical and complex modules as a reference for the team.
  • *Define and maintain style guides, code conventions, and best practices.
  • *Perform technical code reviews and provide mentorship to the team.
  • *Evaluate new tools and libraries.
  • *Identify and resolve technical or operational blockers.
  • *Supervise the performance of queries and software components.
  • *Define integration strategies between applications, third-party services, and Cloud.
  • *Prepare architecture documentation, including UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and ADRs.
