Transformer Design Manager

• Plan the strategy and direction of the organization's engineering design work
• Control and approve engineering designs to comply with standards and customer requirements
• Manage the design engineering team to ensure efficient collaboration
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Production, and Quality Control departments to support technical information
• Develop and improve design processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor new technologies related to products and design processes
• Review and approve research and development of new products
• Prepare budgets, work plans, and performance reports of the department for senior management
• Supervise and develop team personnel to enhance knowledge, capability, and career growth
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / or related fields At least 7-10 years of experience in transformer design At least 3 years of experience in a management position Knowledge of design using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or specialized programs Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and team management skills Good English communication skills Only candidates from the transformer industry will be considered
