For one of our clients - an industrial company based in Krefeld - we are looking for an HR Generalist (m/f/d) within the framework of personnel placement, effective immediately.

Your tasks:

• Advising employees and managers on all HR-related topics
• Creation of employment contracts, contract amendments, supplementary agreements, and certificates as well as references
• Onboarding and Offboarding
• Personnel file maintenance
• Personnel planning and Recruiting
• Support in the preparation of payroll accounting
• Maintenance and monitoring of time tracking
• Participation in HR projects

Your profile:

• Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources or commercial training with a qualification as a Personalkaufmann (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in the aforementioned area
• Experience in an industrial company is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in the areas of labor and social security law
• English in spoken and written form
• High degree of independence, initiative, and commitment
• Strong service orientation
• Quick comprehension as well as a proactive, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
