Your tasks at Roche Diagnostics:

• The processing of diverse deviations from the Manufacturing/API manufacturing unit is within your area of responsibility. This includes the problem description as well as a thorough root cause analysis and the determination of suitable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA, Tracking Action)
• You manage, monitor, and control deviations and tracking actions from the Manufacturing unit and communicate this in a timely manner with the corresponding stakeholders - which you achieve through good cooperation with the Quality department
• Risk assessments are also carried out by you as part of deviation processing
• Continuous improvement of processes, participation in Kaizens and Gemba-Walks are part of your task
• You document your work steps in accordance with GMP
• You present your events during regulatory inspections as well as internal audits.

What you should bring as a Specialist Quality Management / Deviation Management Pharma m/f/d:

• You have completed training as a technician in chemistry, biotechnology, or similar, or a (FH) degree in a technical or scientific profession (minimum requirement Master)
• You enjoy working with changing interfaces and can confidently lead teams of different experts and always keep timelines in view
• You bring basic experience in project management and time management
• Handling various MS-Office programs is easy for you and IT systems do not deter you
• Additionally, you are communicative and solution-oriented; technical writing, also in English, is a matter of course for you
• With your team spirit and your commitment, you drive topics forward and make a significant contribution to achieving the team's goals.
• You are open to change processes and actively shape them with your ideas and contributions.
