CNC Operator with ambition? Grow into a CNC Programmer!

Are you a CNC operator and ready for the next step? Do you want to further develop yourself and grow into a CNC programmer? Then this vacancy is for you!

For our client in Wielsbeke, we are looking for a motivated CNC Operator with ambition. A junior profile with the right motivation and technical interest is also eligible.

?? What will you do?

You will start as a CNC operator and get the chance to further develop yourself towards becoming a CNC programmer.

Your tasks include:

• working with modern 5-axis CNC machines;
• operating and setting up CNC machines;
• assisting in the startup of new products;
• performing quality controls;
• optimizing CNC programs;
• eventually learning to program with TopSolid CAM;
• programming and milling molds.

You will work both on the production floor and at the computer. A varied job indeed!

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience as a CNC operator or a technical education.
• A junior profile with high motivation is welcome.
• You have technical insight and can read technical drawings.
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality.
• You are motivated to learn and grow into a CNC programmer.
• You can work independently and prefer to think in solutions.
• Very good knowledge of English is important.
• Knowledge of Polish is a plus.
• Experience with 5-axis CNC machines is an extra asset.
