Accounts Receivable Specialist

At FOMAT Medical Research, we are looking for a results-oriented professional to manage our accounts receivable portfolio and ensure the timely recovery of payments from domestic and international clients. The selected person will be responsible for following up on outstanding invoices, maintaining constant communication with clients, resolving billing discrepancies, analyzing the overdue portfolio, and contributing to the continuous improvement of collection processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable and overdue invoices.
• Contact clients to follow up on pending payments.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Prepare reports and portfolio analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the resolution of incidents.
• Contribute to the achievement of recovery and cash flow objectives.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cuentas por Cobrar, Credit and Collections, or similar positions.
• Required English level: B2 or higher. This will be evaluated during the selection process.
• Experience managing a corporate client portfolio.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
• Analytical capacity and results orientation.
