We, ARDEX Flugplatz Kyritz GmbH, are looking for a motivated and committed Flight Manager on

permanent basis starting 01.08.2026.

Your area of responsibility:

 Ensuring safe flight operations

 Carrying out the flight information service

 Operating radio communications and technical landing aids

 Checking technical systems, flight and taxiway lighting

 Advising aircraft pilots

 Monitoring the AVGAS and JET refueling station

 Maintaining the main flight log in the computer (take-offs and landings)

 Regular opening hours of the airfield are 09:00 to 19:00, shorter in the winter half-year

 Support with administrative tasks such as accounting, invoicing, etc.

 Coordinating the rental of parking stands and rooms

 Assistance with the hangar-in and hangar-out of aircraft

What we expect:

 Sprechfunkzeugnis BZF (AZF desirable)

 Proof of language proficiency ICAO Level 4

 Technical understanding, computer skills for using MS-Office

 Authorization for AFIS (AFISO) desirable but not a requirement

 Willingness to undergo AFISO training upon approval of instrument approach procedures for the

airfield

 Current or former pilot's license or former air traffic controller (desirable)

 Willingness to work in full-day shifts, including weekends and public holidays

 Willingness for short-term deployment for late handling outside of opening hours

 Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
