Come join an international company in a central role in the world of quality, control, and operations! We are looking for a Laboratory Sampling Coordinator who will lead the monitoring and control of sampling processes and laboratory results, alongside working with a variety of internal and external organizational interfaces. As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing the sampling process from end to end, monitoring results, controlling deviations, and coordinating with laboratories, technicians, and customers.

Essence of the role;

• Monitoring and controlling water samples and laboratory reports
• Identifying deficiencies, errors, and anomalous results received from laboratories that require handling
• Managing direct contact with laboratories, technicians, customers, and internal factors regarding testing status and equipment reception
• Routine handling of deficiencies, results, and anomalous tests in accordance with procedures
• Providing approvals for the release of equipment or products held due to a deviation

Job requirements;

• Good level of English
• Previous experience in an administrative / operational / quality role - a significant advantage
• Good command of Office applications and ERP software
• Willingness for a full-time position.
