Manufacturing Engineer Position - Excellence Engineering

Located at the Flex site in Migdal HaEmek, the site employs approximately 2,800 workers and serves more than 60 companies. The system engineer works directly with several customers—the leading high-tech companies in the economy.

Here are a few examples of tasks you will perform:

• Lead improvement and efficiency projects in the worlds of manufacturing, operations, and logistics.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work with diverse interfaces within the organization and take part in leading change, implementing LEAN processes and tools, automation, and information systems.
• Advance engineering processes for all customers in the factory, including increasing throughput, meeting quality requirements, layout changes, method improvement, and more.

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering - a significant advantage.
• Experience in operations, project management, planning, or SCM – a significant advantage.
• High-level English, analytical thinking, ability to lead processes and interfaces, and a desire to influence operational excellence in a dynamic and advanced environment.
