About the Role:
Full responsibility—end-to-end—for a field/product at our manufacturing site in Megiddo. You will be the professional point of contact for manufacturing, engineering, the customer, and suppliers—with a real ability to lead change and exert influence.
What you will do with us:
- Leading Failure Analysis and reaching a true Root Cause—not "quick fixes"
- Managing non-conformities (MRB) and making significant quality decisions
- Leading Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Routine work with the customer—including presenting statuses and handling escalations
- Leading proactive processes: PFMEA, Control Plans, Risk Analysis
- Data analysis and identifying quality trends at a deep level
- Working with production lines—including implementing improvements on the floor

Requirements:
- Engineering degree: Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical / Materials / Electronics or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Process Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Engineering
- Proven experience in Failure Analysis and reaching a Root Cause
- Good level of English—speaking, reading, and writing (working with international customers)
- Experience working with multiple interfaces—manufacturing, engineering, customers, suppliers
- High proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment while taking full responsibility
Significant Advantages:
- Experience in the Electronics / EMS / Technological manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with quality tools: PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D, SPC, CAPA
- Experience working with ERP systems (Priority, SAP)
- Experience working with international customers
- Familiarity with quality standards: ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS9100
- Certifications: Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt)
