Receptionist for First Camp

As a Receptionist at First Camp, you will play a central role in creating the warm atmosphere and excellent service that our guests remember and appreciate. You are often their first encounter with us - and a key person in making their stay both welcoming and comfortable.

What does the role involve?

As a Receptionist, you are the face of our organization and play an important role in ensuring that guests have a good and comfortable stay. You handle check-in and check-out, provide information and service to guests, assist with bookings, and drive sales in our shop.

Even though your main tasks will be in the reception and the shop, we want you to be flexible and support other areas when needed. We always work with our guests' needs in mind and find common solutions to any challenges that may arise.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have previous experience in customer service, preferably in a reception or a similar role. A relevant education is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You are structured, have an eye for detail, and greet all guests with warmth, even during busy periods. With a positive and helpful attitude, you are the one who always offers yourself and looks out for the best interests of the team. We would like to see that you have humor and a relaxed attitude, which contributes to a pleasant working environment.

To be able to meet our guests in the best possible way, you must be able to master both Swedish and English without problems, which is important to ensure clear and smooth communication with both Swedish and international guests.

Terms

We are seeking employees for the summer season with varying extent (part-time/full-time). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
